Brainstorms

One of my favourite parts of growing People Lab has been the People Lab Panels. Every few months, we bring together amazing people to talk about aspects of the core skills (previously known as soft skills) needed to excel in the current and future work world. Obviously, during the current global pandemic, these won’t be happening anytime soon, but the conversations are still vital and engaging.

I’m excited to announce People Lab Brainstorms. Each month we will post a topic and gather smart people to discuss topics around leadership, team building, and communication.

Now on: Polarities & Paradoxes: Psychological Safety during a Pandemic. Gratitude during loss. Craving human contact while fearing human contact. What are the polarities and paradoxes you are experiencing and how do we navigate them?
