Leading Change

I’m working with a group of executives and senior leaders. We are spending the next six weeks exploring how to lead their teams through change. We are exploring the power of leaders to influence change and what tools they might use to engage their team and support them. This week, we talked about preparing ourselves as leaders for change and how to improve team readiness for change.
